开展心理咨询与心理治疗工作二十年，接诊成人，青少年的个案，从事动力性个体和家庭心理咨询和治疗工作以及高频精神分析

向同行提供动力性个体和团体督导

向临床就诊群体提供正念减压(MBSR)和正念认知疗法(MBCT)，并在其中积累了丰富的经验

提供精神分析相关的培训，如作为项目负责人主持和主讲国家级继续教育培训项目《操作化心理动力学诊断——个案概念化的核心技术》
