The 5th IPA Asia-Pacific Conference Concludes Successfully in Seoul

2026年4月29日至5月2日，第5届国际精神分析协会(IPA)亚太大会于韩国首尔顺利召开。大会以“Narcissism Reimagined: from loss to love(重构自恋：从丧失到爱)”为核心主题，汇聚全球近400名精神分析与心理治疗领域从业者参会，围绕新时代自恋议题的理论迭代与临床实践开展系统性学术研讨，是本年度亚太区域精神分析领域的重要学术盛会。

Held in Seoul, South Korea from April 29 to May 2, 2026, the 5th IPA Asia-Pacific Conference came to a successful conclusion. Centered on the theme "Narcissism Reimagined: from loss to love", the event brought together nearly 400 psychoanalysis and psychotherapy practitioners worldwide for systematic academic discussions on theoretical evolution and clinical practice concerning narcissism in the new era. It stands as a landmark academic gathering for psychoanalysis across the Asia-Pacific region this year.

全球精英汇聚，共襄学术盛举

Global Intellectuals Gather for a Grand Academic Gala

伴随全球社会环境、文化语境与智能技术的持续变革，地缘创伤、跨文化适应冲突、人工智能普及等时代因素，持续重塑个体心理结构与自恋发展机制，使得自恋谱系障碍的临床表现呈现出新特征、新形态，为当代精神分析的理论研究与临床干预带来全新挑战。基于这一学科背景，本届大会立足临床实践根本，聚焦前沿理论创新，联动亚太区域学术力量，多维探讨新时代心理困境的解析路径与干预方案，有效推动了区域精神分析领域的经验互通与学术共建。

Driven by sweeping shifts in global social landscapes, cultural contexts and intelligent technologies, contemporary realities including geopolitical traumas, cross-cultural adaptation conflicts and the proliferation of artificial intelligence are reshaping individual psychological makeup and the developmental mechanisms of narcissism. Narcissistic spectrum disorders have therefore emerged with brand-new clinical manifestations, posing unprecedented challenges to theoretical research and clinical intervention in modern psychoanalysis. Against this disciplinary backdrop, the conference grounded its discussions in clinical practice, spotlighted cutting-edge theoretical innovations, and united academic communities across the Asia-Pacific. It explored multi-dimensional interpretive frameworks and intervention strategies for modern psychological struggles, greatly facilitating experience exchange and joint academic advancement of regional psychoanalysis.

中国学组表现突出，多位学者积极参与

China Study Group Delivers Outstanding Performances with Active Participation of Numerous Scholars

本次大会期间，中国学组实现全程深度参与、多维度学术输出，整体表现亮眼。在会前筹备阶段，巴彤、闪小春分别参与COCAP、COWAP的专项筹备事务，为会前系列专题论坛的有序落地提供有力支撑。闪小春在COWAP作学术报告，聚焦中国当代女性的创伤和转化。

Throughout the conference, China Study Group maintained in-depth full-cycle engagement and delivered multi-faceted academic outputs with remarkable overall performance. During pre-conference preparations, Ba Tong and Shan Xiaochun took part in special preparatory work for COCAP and COWAP respectively, providing robust support for the smooth rollout of pre-conference thematic forums. Shan Xiaochun delivered an academic presentation at COWAP, focusing on trauma and transformation among contemporary Chinese women.

林涛受邀在大会发表主旨演讲，系统呈现了中国精神分析与中国哲学的对话。仇剑崟主席作为中国学组核心代表，与亚太区域的5个学会开展高端学术对话，围绕区域学科建设、专业人才培育、跨国学术互通、常态化协作机制搭建等关键议题深入磋商。

Lin Tao was invited to deliver a keynote speech, systematically illustrating the dialogue between Chinese psychoanalysis and traditional Chinese philosophy. As the core representative , Chair Qiu Jianyin held high-level academic dialogues with 5 other psychoanalytic societies, engaging in in-depth consultations on core agendas including regional discipline development, professional talent cultivation, cross-border academic exchange and the establishment of regular cooperation mechanisms.

在各专题分论坛研讨中，国内青年学者张泽宇、丛晶、戴艾芳等积极参与国际学术对话，童俊、方芳、练达懿、刘岳、周娟等学者主持多场分论坛，展现了中国学组优良的国际化专业素养。

In panel discussions, young Chinese scholars including Zhang Zeyu, Cong Jing and Dai Aifang actively joined international academic exchanges, while Tong Jun, Fang Fang, Lian Dayi, Liu Yue, Zhou Juan and other analysts chaired multiple panels, demonstrating the outstanding international professionalism of the China Study Group.

深化区域合作，推动学科发展

Deepen Regional Collaboration to Boost Disciplinary Advancement

本届大会进一步夯实了亚太精神分析领域的协作根基，推动了区域理论创新、临床技术升级与人才培养提质增效。本次中国学组的集体亮相与深度学术发声，有效提升了我国在亚太乃至全球精神分析领域的学术话语权与行业影响力。未来，国内精神分析学界将持续深耕本土临床、精进理论研究、完善人才梯队，持续深化亚太跨国学术联动，以开放包容的姿态融入全球学术体系，为世界精神分析学科的共生发展持续贡献中国力量。

This year’s conference further consolidated the foundation for collaboration within Asia-Pacific psychoanalysis, advancing regional theoretical innovation, clinical technique upgrading and high-quality talent training. The collective presence and in-depth academic contributions of China Study Group have significantly elevated China’s academic discourse power and industry influence across the Asia-Pacific and the global psychoanalytic community. Moving forward, domestic psychoanalytic practitioners will continue to advance localized clinical work, refine theoretical research and optimize talent pipelines. We will further strengthen cross-border academic ties within the Asia-Pacific, integrate into the global academic community with an open and inclusive mindset, and consistently contribute Chinese insights to the shared development of worldwide psychoanalysis.
